No and yes. We are a site rental and you may contact outside vendors to set-up chairs, tents and tables on grounds.  We only have a few white long tables and folding chairs avaialble to rent for weddings up to 40 guests. There are two tent rental companies that we highly recommend:  EZ Rentals (419-XXX-XXXX) and Prestige Tent Rentals (419-XXX-XXXX)

Yes, there is a $50 alcohol fee to be paid.

Yes. Music must be kept at reasonable levels and played no later than 11 pm in respect for Spruce Hill's other guests on the hill.  There is a Noise Fine up to $200 if this rule is violated.

Refunds are given if event is cancelled 60 days prior to event with $100 cancellation fee. In the event that cancellation is less than 60 days prior to the event, your rental fee may be used for another event of equal value within a year of the original scheduled date, as long as we are able to rebook the house and we receive written notice within 60 days of your event date. Refunds are not provided due to inclement weather (unless the hill is closed for weather emergency).

We do not allow indoor smoking, pets inside the Manor, the use of glitter/confetti, silk flower petals, etc. Candles may be used in enclosed containers. Also, parking is not allowed on grass if the ground is too wet.
