“My mom was a single parent for six years while she raised my brother, sister and me. She struggled and had a hard time but always got through it. She sacrificed lots of things for us. She devoted all of her time to making sure we could be in activities and have fun. She gives me the desire to do well so I try to make her proud. It doesn’t matter to her if I win or not. She only cares that I do my best. She has taught me the values of honesty, responsibility, kindness, courtesy, and lady like manners. She understands what I am going through and helps me deal with everyday stress. My mom has always been there for me no matter what. Even when I may make mistakes she still stands beside me and supports me. I am very lucky that I have a mom that is always there for me, supports me, and sticks up for me. I love my mom!”
